To sustain our growth and support the Marketing and Quality Director based in Europe, we are looking for a French Fluent Mechanical Coordinator Executive. The job is based in Bhosari MIDC, Pune and some visits to our Kolhapur office can be required.

Job Description

You directly manage a small team and with them, you are responsible for the activities:
– Discuss any technical feasibility issue internally and with the European Client. Find an agreement
– Collect the RFQ and follow internally untill sent to the client
– Organize and lead inter-department meetings
– Create indicator boards and any tool usefull for the teams to gain in efficiancy
– Rework or create procedures along with other department Managers
– Open, Review and final the Action Plans before submission to the client
– Check the PPAP documentation set and get it approved by the client
– Discuss the d elivery plans with clients
– Synchronize European & Indian standards
– Encourage and supervise the changes
– Maintain the system (based on ISO 9001-2015)
– Improve the Supplier performance
– Be the referent for 5S policy within the organization

Desire Candidate Profile:

The candidate should be Engineer or BE Mechanical having 5 years in ISO 9001
mechanical industry & dealing with foreign customers
– Be fluent in French language
– Excellent communication skills in Mahrati and English. Written and spoken
– Capable to interact with French speaking customers
– Be proactive
– Quality oriented
– Good commercial approach
– Good management skills
– Excellent capabilities on MS Office (mainly Excel and PPT)
– Experience in machining, casting and forging processes would be appreciated

Profile:

– Minimum Education (ITI).
– Have his own two wheeler.
– Having capacity to report orally in Marathi.
– Must have good communication.
– Good team-player.
– Time flexible and efficient.
– Stress resistant.
– Takes good initiatives and displays a pro-active attitude (Result oriented)
– Willing to travel across Maharashtra.
– Able to use quality instruments for inspection.

Activities:

– Visit Supplier daily.
– In process Inspection at supplier end.
– Collect Gauges for monthly calibration from supplier.
– Take inventory photos of asset from supplier.
– Filled PIR for all Shipment.
– Send and Collect testing material from lab.
– Daily reporting about work.
– Submit report in time.
– 100% Segregate of Parts in case of NC.
– Fill IR for Critical parameter at in process inspection.
– Fill LIR as per LIR plan.
– Update exchange.
– Attend weekly meeting with manager.
– Outside facility use for inspection like CMM, Contracer etc.

Experience: 1 to 2 years.

Salary: As per the industry standards + petrol allowances
Timings: 9.30AM to 6PM.
Weekly holiday: Sunday

To sustain our growth, we are looking for a Component Development Engineer. The job is based in Bhosari, Pune, but need to travel to Kolhapur and another state as well.

Profile:

– Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
– Extensive experience in industrial manufacturing in an (international) mechanical company is a must; previous experience in a similar function is an advantage
– Have strong technical knowledge and interest (casting, forging, machining, fabrication)
– Well-developed analytical skills, Sensitive to commercial aspects
– Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; capable to interact with senior management, also capable make good inter-department links
– Fluent English
– Good team-player
– Flexible and efficient
– Stress resistant, Result oriented
– Takes initiative and displays a pro-active attitude
– Good knowledge of Microsoft office
– Candidate must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

Activities:

– Study RFQ and drawing
– Make your own quote based on experience.
– Find out suitable potential suppliers.
– Get a quote from suppliers.
– Negotiate and final quotes.
– Registration of supplier
– Study LIR with quality document
– Make a development folder
– Visit supplier and make contract review in line with marketing contract review
– Ensure inspection facility is available with the supplier as per LIR
– Making process flow chart and control plan with supplier for new items and get it approved from GM.
– Complete APQP at sample/pilot lot stage
– Make and update the development plan.
– Ensure raw material OK as per 2.2 certificates with the help of quality Dept.
– Confirm tested material is used for samples/production.
– Witness for all the processes during the manufacturing of samples /Pilot lot.
– Do the inspection of samples with the supplier and ensure parts are ok before offering to GSI inspection.
– Must have experience in APQP, and PPAP.

Experience: 4 to 5 years.
Salary: As per the industry standards + petrol allowances + mobile expenses
Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.00 PM. Sunday Off
